The Apotheosis flagship

Cahoot — event promotion, on autopilot.

I designed, built, and operate Cahoot: a SaaS platform that lets local venues post an event once and instantly update their website, post to Facebook, and push a notification to their regulars. It's my flagship product — and proof of the kind of work I can do for you.

One post, everywhere it matters.

Cahoot is built for the businesses whose week disappears into promotion — bars, restaurants, breweries, music venues, social clubs, and nonprofits. From one simple dashboard, an event goes live on their website, their Facebook page, and the Cahoot mobile app at once. Venues that don't have a good website get a professional, always-up-to-date one included.

Designed, built, and operated by one person — me.

Cahoot started when I served on the board of a local social club and watched great events get lost because getting the word out was a weekly scramble. I built it to fix that.

I architected the product, built it end to end, and I run it in production today — the multi-channel publishing pipeline, the integrations, the mobile apps, the maintenance, all of it. It's real, operated production software, not a prototype or a portfolio piece.

Why this matters when you hire me for your website.

Running a real SaaS product means I've already lived every decision you're facing — which platform, what it costs to maintain, when to migrate, where security and performance actually bite. I'm not advising from a brochure; I'm advising from a system I keep alive for paying customers. When I assess your website, you get that same operator's perspective.
