Website advisor for small and growing businesses

Fix and modernize the website your business has outgrown.

Most small businesses are stuck with a site that's slow, dated, or impossible to update — and no clear plan to fix it. I'm an independent advisor who tells you exactly what's wrong, what's worth fixing, and what it'll cost. It starts with a flat-fee Website Audit.

Flat fee. Fixed scope. No retainer required.

If your website feels like a liability, you're not imagining it.

It's aging out.

Built years ago on a platform nobody wants to touch — and every change is a fight.

You can't trust the advice.

Agencies pitch rebuilds, freelancers disappear, and you can't tell what's real.

No clear plan.

You know it needs work. You don't know what to fix first, or what it should cost.

The Website Audit

A flat-fee, fixed-scope review of your website and the decisions behind it. I assess your platform, performance, content, security, and vendor situation — then hand you a prioritized, plain-English roadmap with real cost ranges.

No jargon, no upsell pressure. You own the report whether or not we work together again.

Flat fee, $1,200–$3,500 depending on site size and scope.

What you get

  • Platform & CMS assessment — what you're on, and whether it still fits
  • Performance, SEO, and accessibility review
  • Security & maintenance risk check
  • Vendor / hosting situation review
  • A prioritized roadmap with cost ranges
  • A 45-minute walkthrough call

A clear, low-risk first step.

My flagship product

Meet Cahoot — software I designed, built, and run myself.

Cahoot is my SaaS platform for local venues: post an event once and it instantly updates your website, posts to Facebook, and pushes a notification to your regulars' phones.

It runs on Drupal, Next.js, custom APIs, and native mobile apps — real, live software I operate myself. It's also the reason my advice is worth trusting: when I tell you what's possible for your website, it's from someone who ships and maintains production software for businesses like yours.

Who I work best with

A good fit

Small and growing businesses that want their website done right — whether you have an existing site that's underperforming and hard to maintain, or you're just starting out and want to build on the right foundation from day one.

Not a fit

Anyone looking for ongoing IT support, server administration, networking, or help-desk and hardware work. I focus on websites and the technology strategy around them — not infrastructure.

Not sure where your website stands?

That's exactly what the audit is for. Get a clear, flat-fee assessment and a plan you can act on.
